How to make an order
You can order any picture, in the description of which there is "Add to basket" button. When you push this button, the chosen sample is put into your list of the chosen items - so called "user's basket" (in a window with "Your basket" title will be noticed the total amount of the items put in the basket). Basing on the basket content you can make your order, you can include in your order any of the items put in the basket.
You can check the basket content any time you wish. You need to push the button "Contents" in the "Your basket" window zone or the basket image in the upper right corner of the computer screen.
IMPORTANT! All the samples presented in the gallery are unique, so it is necessary to assure before paying that the chosen works of art have not been bought already or reserved. It is recommended to contact the gallery administrator (filled in the registering form on-line or via e-mail email@example.com) and to book the order in advance.
Your order is given the ID number. We inform you about the total cost of your order (including insurance, delivery and the Customs permit for art works removal outside the Russiàn Federation). We also give your the internet address of the form with your order and you must press the button "Pay on-line" in this form and transfer the total cost of your order to our bank. Your order is considered valid within two days.
If the gallery has not received an automatical payment confirmation from the on-line money transfer system ASSIST™ that you have transferred the total cost within two days, the gallery is allowed to sell the sample to other customers.
The customer can insure his parcel against possible losses and damages during the delivery. Insurance is paid additionally.
Where to deliver?
After inputing your surname, name and e-mail, please note your actual address where the order has to be delivered to. We make deliveries all over the world.
If the order has to be delivered outside the Russian Federation the address must be written in Latin letters, except CIS countries where the correspondence in Russian can be processed correctly (Belorussia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine etc.). Please, pay attention to that when ordering. Do not forget to note your zip code.

International courier service DHL will delivery an order all over the world - in Russia too - and will hand it in a customer directly. This is rather expensive service but promptly - within 2-4 days.
The delivery, insurance and Customs permit for art works removal outside the Russian Federation are paid additionally and are not included in the item cost noticed at the site. We shall inform you additionally about the total cost and shall send you the order calculation to your e-mail address that you have written in the order form. Please note, that the Customs of your country will probably levy duties that could not be accounted in the total cost and are paid additionally in your country in accordance with your country Customs requirements.

After receiving the order confirmation from the gallery administrator in which he notifies you that the order is reserved for you and all additional services are included in the total cost , your order has got the "temporary" status which is actual within two days.
You must press in the order form the "Pay on-line" button.
The system will switch to the ASSIST™ zone where you will be suggested to input your credit card data and initiate its authorization. If the authorization is confirmed the order gets the "accepted" status. If the authorization is failed you may try to repeat the payment procedure.

For the Internet credit cards acceptance we apply to the ASSIST™ Internet money transfer system. The ASSIST system is admitted satisfying to the international security standards by the Verisign. All data are transferred through the secured protocols.
