Rozalia V. Panteleeva is the famous Tomsk (Russia) graphic artist.
The artist was born November 15, 1935 in the village of Koshki, Kuibyshev region, Russia. Studied at the Cheboksary art College and Moscow polygraphic Institute. Since 1957 she lives in the city of Tomsk. Since 1971 she actively involved in city, regional, zonal, republican, union and foreign exhibitions. She is a Member of the Union of artists of Russia from 1973. In 1984 she was awarded the honorary title "Honored artist of Russia". She taught at the Department of fine arts of Tomsk state university as assistant Professor. The decision of the Tomsk city council ¹ 1164 dated 31.03.2009 Rozalia V. Panteleeva was awarded a medal "For merits before the Tomsk city".
Rozalia V. Panteleeva was created hundreds of works in drawing and painting. Each was endured, suffered, felt. In the Tomsk regional art Museum has 76 works of the artist. This is mainly lithographs and etchings. Several graphic sheets devoted to the work of a poet artist – Alexander Block. The symbolic realism of the artist and the symbolism of the poet was found and embodied in these works. Rozalia Panteleeva managed to convey the attitude of the poet is a tragic and bright at the same time. Before us are not just illustrations of the text of the works, but the penetration into the world of the poet Alexander Blok.
